  • Restart the printer unit and connected system:

  9. After stopping the printer spooler services go to path C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
  10.  In the printers, folder select all files and delete it.
  11.  Again open the printer spooler properties windows and go to the general tab.
  12.   Click on the start button under the services section and click on the ok button to save settings.
  13.  Restart the system and printer. Test the printer for canon printer offline error.

  • Disable SNMP:

Several users resolve the canon printer offline error by unmarking the option like ‘SNMP status enabled’. Here are the steps by using which user can update the SNMP status from the computer system.
  1. Go to start->devices and printers from your system.
